- You need of Marination of chicken ingredients.
- Get 1 kg of chicken with bone.
- Use 1 cup of Dahi.
- Prepare 1/2 spoon of Turmeric.
- Get 2 spoons of Coriender powder.
- Use 3 spoons of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare of Salt to taste.
- Get 2 spoon of Ginger garlic paste.
- Take 2 spoon of Mustard oil.
- Prepare of Ingredients for the masala.
- Provide of All whole khada masala.
- You need of Dry coconut grated,till khush khush.
- Provide 4 of onion nd 3 tomatos.
- You need 4 spoons of Oil.
Instructions to make Chicken curry:
- First will marinate the chicken add all marination ingredients nd put it in fridge atleast 8 hours.
- Take a kadai dry roast khada masala with dry cononut khush khush nd tilli roast it.
- Now grind it in mixer grinder to a very fine paste.
- Take a kadai nd add 2 spoons of oil add onion fry till golden brown nd add ginger garlic paste fry it for 2 mins.
- Now add khada masala paste which we made earlier mix it nicely fry it 5 mins nd add tomatos stair it nicely nd cover it till tomato becomes mushy oil seperate on sides of kadai.
- When this masala cool down grind in very fine paste.
- Take kadai nd add 4 big spoons of oil nd add this masala to kadai..saute for 5-8 mins then add the marinated chicken to this masala mix it..nicely.
- After ten minute add hot water in chicken nd cover it till oil separate to masala nd chicken become very soft ur chicken curry is ready.
